UETDS (Transportation Electronic Tracking and Monitoring System) is a system in Turkey that mandates road transport companies to electronically report their passengers and cargo. Tour companies that provide occasional passenger transport must report passenger information through UETDS before every operation. Failure to comply results in significant administrative fines. As of 2026, penalties can reach up to 5,000 TL per trip.

To submit UETDS notifications, your company must first be registered on the U-Net system. After registration, you need to prepare and enter the passenger list for each day's operations. When done manually, this process can take 1-2 hours daily during peak season. Each passenger's national ID number, first name, last name, and boarding/drop-off points must be entered individually. Entering information for 40-50 passengers on busy tours is both time-consuming and highly prone to error.

With TourOperation.com's UETDS integration, you can fully automate this process. When an operation is created, passenger information registered in the system is automatically converted to UETDS format and the notification is submitted. This saves you time and reduces the risk of missed or incorrect submissions to zero. This feature is included as standard in the Business and Enterprise plans. Starter plan users can access this feature by upgrading their plan.
