1. Service Description
TourOperation.com ("Platform") is a cloud-based operations management platform designed for tour operators, agencies and subcontractors. All services provided are fully digital; no physical product delivery is involved.
2. Digital Service Delivery
Access to Platform services is provided immediately upon successful registration and payment:
- Account Activation: Your account is automatically activated after registration and email verification.
- Subscription Start: All features included in your selected plan become available immediately after payment confirmation.
- Access Information: Your login credentials are the email and password you set during registration. The Platform is accessible 24/7 at admin.touroperation.com.
3. Free Trial Period
All new accounts start with a 14-day free trial. No credit card information is required during the trial period. No automatic charges are made at the end of the trial; subscriptions are only initiated with the user's active consent.
4. Cancellation Terms
- Monthly Subscriptions: You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for the remaining period.
- Annual Subscriptions: Full unconditional refund within the first 14 days. Cancellations made after 14 days receive a proportional refund for the remaining months.
- Cancellation Method: You can request cancellation through Settings > Subscription in the Platform or by emailing [email protected].
5. Refund Terms
Refund requests are subject to the following conditions:
- Full Refund Within 14 Days: All refund requests made within 14 days of payment are accepted without any justification required (right of withdrawal under Article 50 of Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502).
- After 14 Days: For annual subscriptions, a proportional refund is provided for the unused period. For monthly subscriptions, no refund is given for the current period, but the next period will not be charged.
- Technical Issues: For platform-originated technical issues that cannot be resolved within 48 hours, a full refund or time extension is provided for the affected period.
6. Refund Process
- Submit your refund request to [email protected].
- Your request will be reviewed within 3 business days.
- Approved refunds are reflected in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method.
- Refunds for credit card payments are made to the same card. Refunds for bank transfers are sent to the IBAN you specify.
7. Data Retention & Deletion
After subscription cancellation, your data is kept in read-only mode for 30 days. During this period, you can reactivate your subscription. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion of your data.
