Account & Login
How can I create an account?
TourOperation is a B2B platform. You can register through our website or contact us to create an account. Email verification is required after registration.
I forgot my password, what can I do?
Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen to receive a password reset link to your email address.
How can I log in to the mobile app?
You can log in to the mobile app with the same email and password you use on the web platform. No separate account is needed.

Which devices does the app support?
TourOperation mobile app works on iOS (iPhone and iPad) and Android devices.
What is location sharing used for?
Location sharing is used for real-time tracking of guides and drivers during tour operations. This feature is completely optional and can be toggled on/off with a single tap in the app. Location data is only active during operations and is not shared with third parties.
How are push notifications managed?
You can choose which types of notifications to receive from Profile > Notification Settings. You can set separate notification preferences for new bookings, payments, cancellations and operation changes.
Does the app work offline?
Yes, previously loaded data can be viewed while offline. Data is automatically synchronized when the internet connection is restored.
Account Deletion
How can I delete my account?
You can submit your account deletion request through our account deletion page or by sending an email to account deletion page [email protected]. Your request will be processed within 30 days and all your personal data will be permanently deleted.

- Internet: Required for first login, partial offline support afterwards
