These Terms of Use ("Agreement") set forth the terms and conditions governing the use of services provided by TourOperation.com ("Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Service Description

TourOperation.com is a cloud-based operations management platform designed for tour operators, travel agencies, subcontractors, and boat operators. Our services include:

• Booking management system
• Operations planning and tracking tools
• Cash register and financial management modules
• Current accounts and B2B settlement system
• UETDS integration
• Route optimization
• Reporting and analytics tools
• Digital tickets and QR code system

2. Account Creation

You must create an account in order to use the Platform:

• You are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
• You are responsible for the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with third parties.
• You are responsible for all actions performed through your account.
• You must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to act on behalf of a business entity.
• One primary account is created per company; additional users are defined under that account.

3. Usage Rules

You must comply with the following rules when using the Platform:

• You shall use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.
• You shall not engage in any actions that compromise the security of the Platform.
• You shall not interfere with or disrupt other users' use of the Platform.
• You shall not copy, reverse-engineer, or distribute the content, design, or software of the Platform.
• You shall not access the Platform using automated bots, spiders, scrapers, or similar tools.
• You shall not use the Platform for misleading, fraudulent, or illegal activities.

4. Payment

• Prices are as stated on our website and are exclusive of VAT.
• Payments are billed monthly or annually depending on your selected plan.
• Payments may be made by credit card, bank transfer, or automatic payment instruction.
• Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will take effect in the next billing cycle.
• A 14-day grace period is granted for overdue payments. At the end of this period, your account may be suspended.
• No payment information is required during the 14-day free trial.

5. Cancellation and Refund

• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• You may continue to use the Platform until the end of your current billing period after cancellation.
• Your data will be retained for 90 days after cancellation. During this period, you may export your data in Excel format.
• After 90 days, your data will be permanently deleted.
• For annual subscriptions, a refund for the remaining period will be issued if cancelled within the first 30 days.

6. Limitation of Liability

• The Platform is provided "as is." No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation is given; however, an uptime target of 99.9% is maintained.
• TourOperation.com is not responsible for the accuracy of data entered by users into the Platform.
• Our liability for disruptions or errors arising from third-party integrations (UETDS, payment systems, etc.) is limited.
• In no event shall our liability exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

7. Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via email and through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

If you do not agree to the changes, you may cancel your subscription.
